One Great Day at The Mercury

The Mercury held a family fun day on Saturday 30th June to raise funds for local children’s charity First Step and Great Ormond Street Children’s Charity. The Mercury was transformed into a seaside where shoppers could enjoy the ever popular ‘Wheel Of Fortune’, Seagull Shy, Hook a Duck, Retro arcade games, ice cream, face painting and even a classic car show!

Along with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, Mercury raised over £600 on the day for local charity First Step. First Step’s mission is to provide the best possible environment to support families and to enable their young children with special needs and/or disabilities to maximise their individual potential.
