Have you ever noticed how playing a game, singing a song, or painting a picture can lift your spirits? Find out how to FEEL BETTER in Havering through art, creativity, and connection at the borough’s first ‘Creative Health’ Takeover!
Did you know it’s scientifically proven that the arts make you feel better and enhance your wellbeing – and it’s a whole lot of fun too! The Creative Health Takeover is a completely FREE day out full of games, music performances and art activities for the whole family to enjoy, from local organisations and performers too.
Including mural making, board games, free family craft club and music throughout the day – you can even watch a film or two too! You can also meet local social groups and get health support, with information on nutrition, talking therapies, sexual health and much more.
