For just £10 you can experience the magical elevator ride, meet Santa, have your photo taken and receive a present.

Opening 10^th November

Monday – Saturday 10am – 5pm

Sunday 11am – 4pm

The grotto will be open every day until Christmas Eve and no prior booking is required.

Tuesday’s will offer sensory grotto sessions which are calmer, more inclusive visits to see Santa for children or adults with additional needs to sensory sensitivities.

These sessions may include reduced crowds or quiet music. We are also dog friendly, bring your doggies to see Santa in his grotto every Wednesday!

FAQ

Can we opt out of the experience? Yes. You can ask to pass through the elevator without the experience being active.
Can I go in with my dog? Dogs are allowed to experience the ride.
