Accessibility

The centre has escalators from level 3 to level 2, and from level 2 to level 1. Two scenic lifts from level 1, 2 and 3. Step free access can be found in the lifts by ASDA, leading to the car park exit.

Shop Mobility
We provide specific parking spaces close to centre entrances for disabled shoppers. All of our public toilets are accessible to disabled customers. Disabled toilets are located on level 2.

ATM

Two cash machines can be found opposite ASDA on level 2. There is also an ATM by the carpark exit on level 2, opposite Dr. Han.

Toilets

Our ‘award winning toilets’ are the perfect place to freshen up. We pride ourselves on our clean and spacious facilities situated on level 1 between Excel Kids and Precious Thoughts.

They received the 2015 Gold standard at the Loo of the Year awards.

Photo Booth

We have a photo booth on level 2 next to the car park, and on level 3 near the escalators for passports, identity cards, or just for fun!

Bike Parking

Bike stand parking is available in the car park outside on Level 2.

Baby Change

Our Mother and Baby room is situated next to the main toilets and has two changing mats, a feeding cubicle and a toddler toilet.
