At The Mercury parking is easy, safe and secure. We have a car park that offers convenient access to the shopping centre. With 1,000 parking spaces, across 2 levels the main entrance can be found via Western Road.

Disabled parking bays and parent & child parking bays can be found on the lower level of the car park.

Introduction of Parking Enforcement

We continually strive to deliver a superior parking experience for the genuine shopper by offering faster card payment transactions, online payments to reduce queueing, and speeding up entry and exit times by removing barriers at the entry/exit points of the car park.

To facilitate these operational changes, The Mercury Mall has introduced parking enforcement to encourage all car park users to make payment and thereby deliver greater fairness to those shoppers that do make a payment. As such, we believe parking enforcement is the best route to take as it provides a system that’s fair to the motorist, but also effective in enforcing parking regulations.

We apologise that our EV Charger unit is out of service. We are meeting with EV Charging suppliers with a view of expanding our EV Charging facility. EV Charging meets our sustainability goals of saving the environment from pollution caused by fossil fuels.
