Welcome to the Mercury Mall team.

 

We're sure you've seen lots of helpful, approachable & attentive staff working around the centre. If you, or any of your friends or family have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to let one of the team know.

 

Karen has been a member of our help desk for over two and a half years, her favourite part of the job is meeting new people and putting a smile on customers faces, she says, "I want everyone to enjoy their experience at The Mercury, you never know I could be the only person they speak to all week".

 

In her spare time Karen enjoys crafting and crochet.
